She's personable and chatty, and even took the time out of her *very* busy schedule to drive an hour one-way to meet us in person before moving our belongings. Incredible woman, and she really does know her stuff. Her experience shows through in her process and the precautions she takes, both concerning the mechanics of moving and also with concerns to COVID safety measures. The *only* thing I'd advise others of is to give Tonya the patience and flexibility she shows you. She deserves at least that much. She went to incredible lengths to make sure we got our things into our home as soon as possible--and I mean *incredible* lengths. After an entire day of moving, she still made the trip down on a late Saturday night to ensure we had a bed to sleep on after sleeping on the floor for two weeks with our infant son. She stays busy through her day with her business and taking care of her own daughter, and thus timing isn't always spot on because each move is different. She took great care of our things and she'll make sure to take care of you too.
