If you are looking for a SAFE transfer for your fur babies, Rulana and Juan are the ones for you! Always get a little nervous transferring our pets but they made it so comfortable for us and our pets! They sent us cute pictures and videos along the way and kept us updated on ETA with a live gps. We move a lot and we will definitely be using Rulana and Juan for future transports!

I'm so thankful that Rulana and Juan responded to the transport request of our dog Bucky. They had an upcoming delivery near our pickup location and a subsequent pickup just south of our destination. As such, they were able to fit our dog in and offer an amazing price. The price, however, is not the primary reason that we chose them. The first thing that drew me in was the USDA certification (not just registration). This shows that they went through the long process to qualify for the certification plus it gave me an idea of the measures that they would take to transport our dog. Second was the timely responsiveness to my questions from my first communication through my ultimate decision to select them. This communication continued after I selected them. They picked up our pet when they said they would, provided photos and videos at every stop along the way (including dog parks), provided live GPS coordinates throughout the trip, and stayed in constant communication with us. They delivered Bucky much quicker than expected in great condition and high spirits. After delivery, Rulana took extra time to give us a tour of their van and the USDA-defined measures that they use to ensure safe transport of their furry guests. I can't express how awesome R&J are. They had agreed to transport my boy chief down to Texas from Michigan. Upon hearing about my current situation. They offered to add another dog at no cost to me. I had to save my boy ranger from people that were not addressing his health issues. His toe nail has been ripped off when I found him the night they were picking up chief. Without asking they bandaged his foot and have absolutely went above and beyond anything asked of them because they are genuinely good people who love animals. They shared the same concerns and treated my boys better then I could have ever asked. The price they quoted me was fair and affordable, especially with adding another dog without me asking they offered. The care that was provided to my boys was second to none. After looking at dozens of other profiles, theirs just felt right. And I couldn't be happier with them as people and a company. if you were looking for people that genuinely want to help, people that genuinely care. And people that have so much love in their heart. Can't thank you guys enough.

Juan and Rulana are tough, wise, loving and very skilled at this business. It is not a simple endeavor to safely and skillfully transport pets across states and even across the country, like they do. I am totally in awe of their fortitude and acumen in navigating the endless situations and obstacles that can and do present. They are worth their weight in Gold. With long-term professional driving experience and dog whispering skills, you can't beat this duo. I was soooo nervous because my dogs have never been in a crate or been transported like this, and 2 of mine are challenging shelter babies, but it was so much better than driving the long distance and navigating rest stops and hotels (especially if you have more than 2 dogs (I have 4)) So, save the driving, pare down on what you need to move, ship those items and buy a cheap plane ticket to your destination. Rulana and Juan will safely get your doggies (or any animal) to you. They sent me amazing videos of the dog-parks where they stopped along the way and I could see how happy my doggies were and how much they had come, in such a short time, to have affection for Juan and Rulana. It's never an ideal situation to move pets, but if you have to do it, you should hire them.

R & J Dragonfly Express was the best! They communicated throughout the trip and they were able to arrange a custom delivery time. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They are true pet lovers and concerned with safety more than I’ve seen in the past.

Our transport experience with Rulana and Juan was excellent! Loved meeting them and learning about their love and concern for our Westie ! They drove to our home in Oklahoma, ,picking up Bolt and transported him to Des Moines,WA!! Bolt got to travel cross country stopping at fabulous dog parks along the way! Nothing like traveling and seeing the country! Bolt arrived happy and clean and wonderful!! Rulana and Juan took such good care of Bolt, kept us informed along the way with comments and pictures, and delivered him exactly as expected!! I am so glad I chose dragonfly transport They took excellent care of my dog during the transport and were great about updating me on how the trip is going as well as sending pictures and video of the progress they were making and of my pup! It gave me peace to know that my dog was in such good hands. They were very communicative before during and after the whole process, making what was a somewhat difficult Decision on my apartment much easier knowing my dog was being so well taken care of. Highly recommend!
