It would be nail biting for me to do that before ever being introduced to this busines. I’m blessed and can say I truly have the best passengers on my journeys, always safe, enjoyable, relaxing, and punctual! I Love to travel and seeing this beautiful country. Being safe and having an enjoyable ❤️ time is a good balance. I don’t rush, I take all the necessary precautions while traveling. Always watching weather and accident delays with an app used for the trucking industry. For the last two years that I’ve worked with another company on citizen shipper formerly James and Hayley’s pet express. Hayley provided the very best of the best training and experience in pet transportation and logistics. In fact If you don’t hire me for sure there is nobody else better to work with than Hayley! I have transported for approximately 337 pets on this site in the last two years. I’ve carried all types of animals the last two years from sugar gliders, Roosters 🐓 , Puppies 🐶 , Kitties 🐱 , Cats 🐈 , parrots 🦜 , Snakes 🐍 , Hampers and even a Mini Cow , 🐄 Donkey . It takes quite a collective effort to do that for sure. 🐮🙅🏻‍♀️🤷🏼‍♂️ ✅ If I bid on your business then it would be as shared transport with like animals that I would vet to co-transport with your pet. It’s more likely I’d have one of my own travel buddies Ellie or Arthur. 🐩🦮 ✅ I try not to exceed 3- 4 total pets depending on the size and weight. If there are multiple pets from one household, then absolutely. I found that the cost is certainly more expensive for this exclusive and private service however it does provide the VERY BEST benefits with the most fun and least amount of stress for your pets. I found the average cost is around 1.50 - 2.00 per mile and up to ensure a safe comfortable commute. I stop every half tank of fuel or 3 hours for potty breaks and snacks for everyone. Full precautions to never run out of fuel. ⛽️ ✅ I take 20-30 minute walks with your pets/pet at each stop with a dual leash policy to ensure their safety. When a good opportunity presents itself we may go for up to an hour walk if there is a nice place to see and get our legs stretched out in our daily journey we will be sure to get good pictures for you. 📸 💪🏽 When I have cats 🐈 and kittens, I always keep them crated until in a secure hotel room before letting them out to stretch and relax . I use litter boxes overnight and training pads during transport for ease and cleanliness. ✅🫡* When puppies are under 16 weeks, I follow a Strict NO PAWZ ON THE GROUND rule to prevent any foreign illness and things like Parvo. Puppy pads are used during transport. In the evenings they roam free to play in the hotel room and always sleep in my arms. ✅ While transporting adult dogs I like to treat them as my own with regards to eating, drinking, potty breaks and of course playtime :} I do supply crates and blankets for them and your welcome to send their own as well. . 🏢 🛌 I stay overnight in pet friendly hotels and don’t drive more than ⏰12 hours in a day. We do if we have two drivers so ask about that if you need a fast delivery. If delays happen which they do, I will make sure your updated throughout each day of travel with 📲 text messages, calls, and pictures. I use gps location services to send location at stops. If you have an iPhone we are also able to FaceTime 🤳to say hello to your pet anytime you like 😝 🫶🏼 I love picking up at rescues because the animals love my company, and we always have such an enjoyable trip to their new home 🏆 There is a business model on here where shippers will use a larger vehicle 🚌 and take a lot of pets. It's been discovered to stress 🤯out the animals and more importantly the drivers. I mean let’s face it sitting in the passenger's seat and sleeping while someone else drives is not conducive to a healthy lifestyle nor safe for anyone. When a hotel is NOT being used the humans and the pets spend a lot more time in their crates. "THIS IS NOT OUR MODEL I am soon doing to certificate for USDA and will update it once approved. I do have a service dog in training and another medical service dog of my own who is a human in a poodle's body. You just have to meet her to see yourself. 😝 At times I may have one my dogs with me. I will be sure to clear that with you before booking if you're doing a SHARED or EXCLUSIVE VIPAWZ SOLO trip. 🎯💘 I have lots of reviews on this site I can share with you from my past transports on here when you book. Would be happy to share referrals and repeat clients with you for references also. I have made so many new friends on this journey all across America and I hope to be yours too! I will take the best care of your pets and look forward to meeting you and your fur baby or babies soon. 🛑 Please note: 📝 before booking please ✅check with me on availability because we can’t control who books when and it’s the busy time of the year so customers will book fast. We do advise that there is a citizen shipper website fee 💰to pay before booking that is separate from my fee. After we agree to work together go ahead and book, at stage we are able to exchange personal information like email and phone numbers. Once you book, we can call and work out the final details of your trip and I’ll send the driver agreement over to initiate the process and deposit. We take payment in two parts 50/50 and the deposit can be made with Venmo, cash app or pay pal. If those don’t work ask me and I can make other arrangements. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! James took great care of our animals! He communicated at every step, sent pics and videos, and got them to us very quickly. I was very nervous about the process, as our animals have always been with us, but after the first conversation with him, I knew we were in good hands. It allowed us to take some stress off of our WA to FL move…which was much needed and greatly appreciated. If you are on the fence about it, I highly recommend trusting the process-you will be glad you did! He will care for your fur babies like they were his own. A huge Thank you, James!

It was such a pleasure working with James! I was very skeptical at first, as sending off a beloved puppy with a complete stranger naturally would feel, but James assured me the whole way. As soon as I booked with him, he gave me a call to introduce himself and explained the process. This put me at ease. When he arrived to pick her up, he was super friendly and it was quite apparent immediately how much he loves and cares for animals. He shared his location with me the whole way so I knew where they were, and he sent me photos and videos- we even FaceTimed too. Overall I was blown away by the service he provided and will most certainly choose him again for any pet travel needs. Thanks again James!!!

James is an amazing driver, and person. He transported my Anxious pit-bull (Saint) from MD to Mcallen TX with no issues. He kept us informed throughout the entirety of the trip and gave extra attention to saint. Hope to continue using, his company for as long as I have pets!

James was a great coordinator and communicator when booking to transport my kitty Mylo from Gainesville to Boca Raton. Bruce, the driver made it to Boca safely and quickly. Both Bruce and James were very nice and ensured Mylo would be delivered timely and safely. Bruce also shared his location with me so I was able to keep track of where they were the entire time. James did a great job with keeping me updated with photos, videos, any delays /detours that had to be made! Highly recommend if you are looking for a personalized experience for your pet or pets! He got our pups to us safely and was very professional the entire way. There was some hiccups at pickup from the lady he picked up from and he immediately called to inform me of which I was very appreciative of! The girls arrived safely and seemed happy, they also got plenty of excercise during the long trip and I’m so grateful for that! Truly appreciate you, James!
